Buddy and
his Argus C4

he Argus Camera Company of Ann Arbor, Michigan is best known for their model C-3 camera, (Nicknamed the The Brick) built from 1939 until 1966.

The C-3 camera was, at the time, the best selling camera ever made.

The Argus C-4 camera, like the one Buddy is using, was not as big a seller as the C-3 but it was a much thinner and lighter camera.

Argus was one of the first camera companies to make a low coast 35mm camera (1836 Model A) bringing the 35mm film format into popularity.
